Rules are made to be broken?

OK, So we have all heard that saying right? Rules are made to be broken. Yet I see people making rules for themselves (and that's including me) about how they are going to live their lives. Often these rules will come in the form of diet, exercise or modifying behavior.

Problem is when we do this we RARELY take into account FLEXIBILITY. Then if we steer off course, even just a little bit, the house of cards comes tumbling down, with very negative consequences to our self image & morale.

When you meet someone you form an image (often on an unconscious level) of who and where they fit in to you and your life. But again we can get really shaken up when people do not act the way we expect, we get rattled (positive or negative)

WHAT TO DO?

WELL! I am going to write a few blog bites about NON JUDGMENT Why? Because it is the only way to escape from a whole host of personality traps. The outcome of Non Judgment? That can never be written, it can ONLY be observed, once the observation of appearance is over it can only be expressed in judgment which is what we are trying to avoid.

So I say make this your motto.

Stand up and fight for FLEXIBILITY. Next time you are cross look through you eyeballs afresh, keep your mind on the Big picture (which will be the subject of my next BlogBite)
